Spring has sprung the sniffles on us

Essential Oils to support you through Spring

Hooray, Spring has arrived!

Although it is still raining where I live, those who are paying attention to the seasonal shifts will have noticed a change in the air we are breathing. It's a little less chilly in the morning, flowers are blooming and the bees are buzzing.

While the scent of freshly cut lawn brings joy to some, there are those who utterly dread the onset of Spring.

Although we are susceptible to seasonal threats at the change of every climatic cycle, if you are someone who suffers from respiratory issues, sensitive skin, or airborne allergies - Spring can seem to be the assassin of all the seasons.

This week I'm sharing my new blog post Seasonal Threats to soothe the symptoms that accompany the onset of Spring. With increased pollen and seed in the air, having itchy eyes and a watery nose can make you feel utterly miserable and interfere with your family's daily routine. Not to mention the looks you get if you look ill and venture into the public domain at the moment! Challenging indeed.

In this blog I've included a simple yet powerful essential oil recipe, informative dietary suggestions, and useful product recommendations to help you and your family keep healthy and active through this seasonal transition.

If you suffer from these symptoms each year and you feel as though there's no hope, perhaps it is time to take an in-depth look at what is really going on. You can book your free chat with me here. No longer having these seasonal issues is a blessing and I'm keen to help others kick this issue too.

I'll keep sending updates and sharing recipes, and if there's anything specific you'd like to hear about - please let me know.

Happy reading,
