Happy December dear friends,
This week I am attending an exciting course that aligns with my vision, my mission, and my goals in life. It's a big commitment on my behalf and a sacrifice for my family as I've signed up for 7 days of 12 hours a day, and I'm leaving the boys to fend for themselves a little this week!
Carving out time to plan and picture my future is a powerful way to put the wheels in motion for 2021. I can't begin to tell you how important it is to schedule a date, put it in the calendar, and look forward to it.

During my studies becoming a Certified Hypnotherapist and Rapid Transformation Therapist we learned a lot about the subconscious mind, and I am looking forward to sharing a lot on this topic with you in the new year.
I'm incredibly dedicated to sharing my knowledge and experiences to help people achieve real and permanent transformation. I don't want to see thousands of dollars being spent on personal development when there are genuine and affordable ways for personal change to occur without massive suffering, discomfort, disruption to your life, and copious amounts of your precious time.
What will you plan for in 2021?
This week I'll be formulating a plan to combine my love of essential oils and subconscious retraining (letting go). We are made of star stuff, literally subatomic particles of pure love and light. So to experience true clarity, peace, and fulfillment we need to offload the "debris of life" we've collected along the way and reveal more of our authentic light.
We are here to serve an amazing purpose. Learn how to reframe your thinking around careers, titles, and material achievements and ask yourself 'Who do you show up to love?' and 'Who Are You BE-ing?' and most importantly 'Who Do You Want To Be?'.
