Have you noticed the sun is shining at 4.30am?

Whether you're bouncing out of bed or pulling the covers over your head in denial - summer is here and so is Christmas!

Although I have noticed the heat is affecting me as I get older and the longer days lead to more work than play, I adore the summer months and so do my family.

This week's blog Summer Livin looks at ways to cope with the long hot days of a Perth summer and how to beat the heat at home. It includes cooling spritzer recipes, after-sun oil blends, and summer salads you could enjoy for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

To get you started, here's a little reminder that Santa isn't always in the snow. This Cranberry and Lime Spritzer will keep you cool and bring on the Australian Christmas Spirit! * keep an eye on my Facebook Business Page - Oils in the Mix for more mocktail and cocktail recipes leading up to Christmas.

** UBUNTU ANNOUNCEMENT **
ADDITIONAL TEAM SUPPORT IS ON THE WAY!

I am collaborating with our wider dōTERRA family and we are building an additional resource for you all on a different platform. This will serve as a back-up to Facebook for education and coming together.

For many years we've battled with Facebook and its algorithms. With a growing disconnect, many of you are not seeing posts and missing the events being offered. It is difficult to see posts in groups even when you are checking daily. I get it, and something needed to be done about it.

Many of my circle are exiting Facebook, or not using it much at all and many more are calling for another place to connect.

So...

We've taken action and started to develop our very own network on another platform.
On this site, you will find an essential oil education course being built out specifically for YOU.

We will be regularly posting information and teachings, and perhaps in time, this will be the new place for having all our conversations and connections.

This is only for the Empower Collective - dōTERRA members under Mikalena Knight's Team, which includes the Ubuntu Tribe.

It is like a Facebook group, but BETTER and it even has an app that you can download for easy access.

So I would love to invite you to The Empower Collective network:
https://the-empower-collective.mn.co/

If you would like to join us you will need to download the "MIGHTY NETWORKS APP" to access the group:

Apple: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/id1081683081

Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mightybell.mb

If you would like to know more about working with me, please reach out using the form at the bottom of this article as I'd love to connect with you..
