Happy New Year! Wow, 2021 sounds so futuristic doesn't it?
I hope you had a fab Christmas and New Year's. My family and I have been enjoying summer days at home mostly, a "staycation" of sorts. January means birthday celebrations for my two youngest sons and days that blur into each other. However the late nights and sleep-ins are coming to an end, and it's time to get back to work.

My Summer Essential Oil Hacks that saved the day (and night!)
Yarrow/POM - applied liberally to the face, neck and décolletage after boating. Amazing! No peeling at all except for a tiny bit on the tip of my nose. Applied morning and night for a couple of days.
Lip Balm - wild windy days and too much sugar can cause cracked lips. Very helpful in our house with all the Christmas cheer and birthday fun.
Clarifying Mud Mask - with all the hot days and lots of sweating (yuck) I found I was detoxifying via my armpits. Yes TMI I know! So time to detox the pits using the mud mask. Have just ordered some more. I also increased my citrus essential oil use in my water. Lemon, grapefruit, green mandarin, tangerine to name a few. The citrus essential oils are cleansing and help our bodies clear out what isn't wanted.
dōTERRA Spa Hydrating Body Mist with Beautiful Blend - wow, wow, wow!
I didn't reapply sunscreen to my upper thighs on a boating day over at Rottnest Island. After showering I liberally applied this mist, so handy as it can be sprayed at any angle, all over my legs and arms. Very hydrating and a perfect solution.
Terra Armour/Lemon Eucalyptus/Citronella - enjoy being outside once the sun goes down and not being bitten by mosquitoes using this helpful trio. I made up a mixture in a repurposed "OnGuard Hand Sanitiser" spray bottle. Reusing and recycling. I have really enjoyed being outside on the back deck with this by my side.
SOC - Symphony of the Cells - using the Lymphatic Application for a new client that is suffering with leg swelling and the Digestive Application for my hubby. So grateful to be able to use this modality to help others.
