Wow, mid June already. My parents told me it feels like time speeds up as you get older, they weren’t wrong! Hope you are well and warm (in the southern hemisphere) wherever you are. I am loving using the tree essential oils I spoke about last week for support against all the possible threats out there. Go back and have a read if you missed it. Check out the diffuser recipes to inspire you to use star anise or black spruce.
Our body consists of 50 trillion cells! 3 million cells die every second. Crazy right?! Our cells are very busy working hard for us. So give them some love. Use essential oils, aromatically, topically and internally everyday. They all help the body to clean “house”, detoxify and function better in so many different ways. We are exposed to more pollutants in our air in ONE day now, than people were exposed to their entire lives 200 years ago. The outer membranes of our cells are responsible for communicating and responding to their environment. They can’t communicate if their receptors are locked off with petrochemicals and other man made chemicals. When cells cannot signal correctly, confusion and ultimately dis-ease ensues. Explore, sniff and listen to what your body would like, it will love you back 1000 fold.

Ways we use Tea Tree Touch in my home:
- Zit busting support for teen boys age 15 and 17, with hubby and I also needing it occasionally. Hubby especially in summer from skin being affected by thick sunscreens.
