Happy Monday!

Hope you had a lovely Easter. I indulged a little on sugar free chocolate whilst keeping my recent weight loss in check so win, win there. The Easter Egg riddle hunt was a success. It was a little challenging coming up with new clues leading to the next egg hiding spots though.

Being out in the bush in nature, seeing kangaroos hoping in the neighbours paddock from my Parents kitchen window was a nice way to start the day. Our boys are bigger now and a huge help in getting physical jobs completed. From clearing tracks, carting honey crates to collecting and stacking firewood in preparation for winter. They didn't get sore like I did! Aromatouch and Ice Blue touch to the rescue. Never too late for new experiences either. I got to learn to use a small chainsaw and drive the tractor!

A standout essential oil helper on this trip was Basil essential oil! Such an amazing support for mossie bites and stress support. So good for alleviating the itch, heat and swelling of the bites. It doesn't have to be diluted and can be applied directly to the bite or over the lower back/kidney area for adrenal support. The Aromatouch blend also contains basil so can be a backup substitute if you don't have Basil with you.
