- Massage table - Let me know if you do have one (we need one per group of 3)
- 4 large towels or 2 single bed sheets (summer)
- Wear comfortable clothing
- Bring a shirt or robe (to wear during rotations)
- Socks or slippers
- Water, lunch & snacks
- Tea & coffee provided
- Pen & notebook
